Why did you become a vascular surgeon?
I became interested as a med student, then thought of Transplant, then got in with a great mentor vascular surgeon with clinical and lab research. I really like the patient population and the long term relationships with our patients.
Why did you join the MVSS?
My partners and leaders suggested this, and glad I did. It was never a question of not joining.
