Why did you become a vascular surgeon?
I enjoy the combination of medical management and surgical skills required to take care of vascular patients. I like the variety of operations the specialty provides, operating throughout the body and using both open and endovascular techniques.
Why did you join the MVSS?
I joined MVSS when I moved to the Midwest region to start my career at WashU after completing my training in New England.
